3 credit(s) This course focuses on the skills needed to be an effective communicator and collaborator in an international business environment. Students will craft and deliver messages for diverse audiences using a variety of written and oral presentation formats, lead discussions, and practice interpersonal communication approaches used to manage difficult conversations. Students will also apply guidelines for building high-performing teams and lead a team meeting.
