3 credit(s) A study of environmental public policy: the major actors, institutions, and rules of the game that shape decision making. We will also engage in a dialogue about the underlying philosophies that drive resource utilization and environmental preservation. We will primarily look at the case of the United States, but some attention will be given to the international dimensions of the subject.
