3 credit(s) This course explores the religious and theological dimensions of liberation theology. Attention will be focused on the claims about God’s activity, human nature, and the Christian life made by the advocates of liberation. Recent texts by Black, feminist, gay, and Latin American theologians will form the context for class discussions.
