3 credit(s) The Symposium is a unique undergraduate educational experience where students have the unique opportunity to take a seminar on the work of one of the central figures in contemporary philosophy, to work directly with this philosopher, as well as other philosophers critical of their work, and to discuss their own research with this philosopher as part of a public forum at the end of the seminar. The Symposium can be taken for credit more than once. Permission of the program directors is required to participate.
