CRJS - 375. CRJS Internship 3 credit(s) The 3-credit internship, required for CRJS majors in each track, will provide students with critical experience in their field, increase their competencies, and make them marketable to employers. Eligible students will first undergo several classroom hours of workplace training, including professional expectations, “soft” skills, and cultural awareness and competence training, to help them achieve success in their internships and beyond. Experiential learning through an internship allows students to discover aptitudes they hadn’t realized, unearth new passions, and perhaps, consider new career path options. This course may be repeated once.
