2 credit(s) An extensive treatise on molecular orbital theory/bonding, symmetry/group theory, spectroscopy, kinetics/reaction mechanisms, and photochemistry of transition metal coordination compounds. Special topics such as the chemistry of metalloenzymes, organometallic compounds, the chemistry of materials, or industrial catalysis may also be covered as time permits.
