3 credit(s) This course will explore the critical role of leadership in achieving an organization’s strategic objectives. Emphasis will be placed on how leadership theories and skills are most effectively applied in complex, real-world organizations. The leaders’ social responsibilities to stakeholders, the external environment, and the natural world will be incorporated throughout the course. Students will also have the opportunity to reflect on and develop their own leadership skills.
