Entrepreneurship Minor

Requirements for the Minor in Entrepreneurship (18 credits):

  • Elective Credits 6 credit(s)
  • Students select a combination of elective courses reflecting their particular area of interest. Students will propose two courses from outside the student’s major area of study that are substantially related to the intended area of entrepreneurship. For example, a computer science major intending to work in the health and human services area may chooses courses in public administration and medical sociology. A marketing major intending to work for a historical museum may opt to take courses in revolutionary studies and visual arts.

  •  

  • The Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship or the Chair of the Management Department must approve the particular selection of courses prior to enrollment, to assure overall coherence and breadth.
