Management, B.S. Strategic Management Track (15 credits)

Students specialize their management competency by learning the knowledge and skills necessary to help organizations develop and execute effective business strategies. The track allows students to gain a broader perspective of the global environment and a deeper understanding of finance, marketing and data analytical concepts beyond what is provided in the Business core curriculum. Students completing this track will be able to articulate diverse stakeholder preferences, set strategic objectives, identify barriers to success, evaluate alternatives, forecast their likely consequences, and employ management best practices to develop socially responsible initiatives.
