Management, B.S. Leadership Track (12-13 credits)

Students in the Management Major who select the Leadership Track will develop the knowledge and skills necessary for leading teams and organizations to achieve strategic objectives. Students learn and apply the various leadership theories and develop insight into effective, ethical leadership practices. Students will examine and develop their own leadership style and sharpen skills that apply to an ever-changing world, including thinking like a leader, leading and energizing teams, communicating with confidence, and making informed decisions. Students completing this track are well prepared to start a business, work in the public or private sectors, join a not-for-profit, or pursue graduate education.
