Courses in Computer Science and the other social sciences are recommended. It is desirable to have the following courses completed early (e.g. prior to junior year) as they are pre-requisites for upper level requirements or electives: PSYC 100 , PSYC 220 , and ATDV 110 . Students who plan to attend graduate programs are strongly encouraged to take PSYC - 400. Research Methods in Psychology II . Psychology majors are encouraged to work closely with their faculty advisor in planning academic programs consistent with their interests and career goals.
