Sport Management students develop industry specific knowledge and skills necessary for leadership roles in sport, recreation, and entertainment organizations. Utilizing a hands-on approach with real-world experiences alongside leading sport organizations in the Capital Region and beyond, students will gain an understanding or sport management principles, how to operate and maintain modern sporting venues, sport’s importance in modern society, and how to navigate ethical and legal decisions in the sport workplace.
Requirements for the Sport Management Track (12 Credits)
Note: In addition to the track requirements, students must complete the six foundational courses foundational courses for the Management, B.S. (18 credits).
