CREA - 345. Scenery Design

A study of the aesthetics and mechanics of designing scenery for the stage. Students will utilize design, drafting and presentation skills developed in class to create scene renderings, elevations, models and working drawings based on the interpretation of a theatrical script. This course is designed for students with no theatre experience as well as those already acquainted with the stage. A field trip to a professional production is required. Lab Fee.

Prerequisite(s): CREA 112  or CREA 145 , or permission of instructor.
