SWRK - 175. Feeling Stressed? Try Nature 3 credit(s) This course will guide students to deepen their understanding of stress and personal and professional stressors while also providing information and introducing strategies to help manage stress. Nature will be explored as a vital element to human existence, with health benefits that include decreasing stress, and increasing mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Students will develop their understanding of their relationship with and responsibilities to Earth.
