GERM - 305. German Study Travel Course 3 credit(s) This academically oriented course will be taught in German and consists of coursework followed by an intensive travel study component in a selected Germanic-speaking country. Orientation meetings, research, lectures and discussions will prepare students for an informed field experience. Upon return, students present a project/ /research paper and portfolio based on their cultural, historical, socio-economic knowledge acquired abroad. Students may repeat this course for credit if subject matter differs. Travel costs are paid in full by students. The cost varies each semester. This course will fulfill a language requirement and count toward a minor in German.
