HIST - 483. Public History and Museum Studies Capstone

A required internship for students pursuing the Certificate in Public History. The internship experience will provide students with an active learning opportunity, hands-on research, and exposure to public history careers. Students will work with a local organization engaged in public history work to complete a Capstone project that puts history to work in the community. The Capstone project will be determined, coordinated, and supervised by the Certificate director in collaboration with the intern’s worksite supervisor. Permission of Instructor is required.
