MGMT - 460. Sport Ethics and Law

This course introduces students to essential ethical and legal theories and principles for managers in modern sport environments. By building on a strong theoretical foundation, students will gain the basis for making ethical and legal decisions in complex, fast-paced environments. Specifically, the course will examine issues and circumstances connected to cheating, fair play, performance enhancing drugs, NIL, Title IX, gender equity, antitrust, labor, religion, and intellectual property. 

Prerequisite(s): MGMT 240 , (MGMT 322  or MGMT 329 ).
