ENVA - 210. Environmental Research Methods 2 credit(s) In this course, methods to identify, analyze, and solve real-world environmental problems are introduced. Qualitative and quantitative interdisciplinary research tools are used to address a wide variety of environmental issues. Emphasis is placed on basic tools for environmental modeling, statistical analysis, scientific writing and the graphical presentation of data. Students will evaluate current environmental literature, develop practical research skills, and formulate approaches to scholarly research. Each student will complete an environmental research project and prepare a scholarly paper.
