FREN - 375. Internship in French

This course helps students achieve career readiness by seeking cross-cultural interactions in professional workplace settings. Students will utilize the target language in their internship placement whenever possible, whether in speaking, writing, listening, or reading, engaging in experiential learning by working with relevant community members. Students will develop linguistic and cultural knowledge through guided reflection, critical analysis, and discussion about their placement. Variable 1-3 credit, assigned work is determined according to the number of credits for which the student registers. This course may be taken more than once with different content. Students can apply a maximum of 6 academic internship credits toward the French Major or Minor. This course may be repeated once.
