Enhancing Employee Work Motivation and Engagement, is designed to provide you the opportunity to identify how to fully engage your workforce. The great resignation, quiet quitting, and a refusal of employees to return to the workplace post-pandemic combine to present a unique challenge for organizational leaders: How can we create a workplace where people like to work? We will attempt to answer that question in this class - exploring what employees like and dislike about work, why some employees work hard while others don't, and what organizational leaders can do to enhance employee commitment and engagement.
